Olive young beauty Mansion

Brand Artwork for CJ Olive Young's Seongsu Experience Store

request PRESS FILE

HAY TIN developed the brand artwork for the opening of CJ Olive Young's experience-focused store in Seongsu.

Olive Mansion was conceived as a journey of free beauty exploration across floors — welcoming not only domestic customers but international travelers seeking to experience K-beauty firsthand.

Grounded in Haydonna's drawing language, HAY TIN centered the visual system around slightly abstracted figures and loose, free-flowing linework, building a visual vocabulary that reads intuitively across language and cultural boundaries. The movement of the figures conveys the atmosphere and sensation of the space without direct explanation, aiming throughout for a careful balance between the intuitive and the abstract.

The resulting artwork functions beyond decoration. Incorporating infographic elements that explain the store's floor-by-floor composition, it operates within the space as guidance, information, and attitude.

Beyond the main artwork, a series of small drawings were developed and distributed throughout the building.

Spread across walls, structures, and circulation paths, the graphics visually translate the brand's intended sensibility while shaping the rhythm of the space.

Through Olive Mansion, HAY TIN proposes a way in which brand, space, and experience converge into a single artwork.
